What’s your story, morning glory?: Pretty boring, actually. My father and mother are Muggle pharmacists, and I was their pride and joy. (Still am, of course - please don't think they're terrible people.) When I was four, I somehow managed to make all the sharp corners in our house into round ones, so they wouldn't hurt when I fell on them. At the time, my parents didn't know what to do with me - and then, my great-grandmother let slip that her father had been what magic folk call a Squib: a Pureblood or Halfblood person unable to do magic. Then it made sense. They couldn't let me go to Muggle primary school, of course, so my mother quit her job and homeschooled me with the help of some of her old textbooks. When I was eleven, I got my Hogwarts letter, and Great-Grandmum was pleased to hear that I was sorted into Gryffindor.

I happened to be in the library one day my first year, doing some History of Magic homework for Professor Binns, when I stumbled upon a book on goblins. Do you know that goblins once used the Three Broomsticks as a headquarters for a rebellion? Anyway, I was fascinated. I've learned all I can about the fascinating creatures, and I've even started to teach myself Gobbledegook (their language). I'd like to be fluent someday - what if I became a Wizard ambassador to the goblin people? I could solve the tensions plaguing our two races! (I think this is why Professor Slughorn seems so interested in me.)

I also play Quidditch - I'm a Chaser for Gryffindor. Our team just won't be the same, what with Potter gone.

What do people love about you?: I do my best to be as kind as possible to everyone. It's hard sometimes, I can't lie, but I do try.
What do people hate?: I can't help that people don't wish to hear about goblins as much as I wish to talk about them!
Your one crippling weakness: Oh, that's tough...I'd have to say goblins. If you gave me a choice between my mum and goblins, I'd have to think for a long time.
If your life was the Titanic and your raft only had room for three people you know, who would they be?: My mum, my dad, and anyone else near enough to jump on.
Would you jump off your metaphorical raft to make room for a stranger?: Sure! I can swim tolerably well.
